You can always contact us directly to request for a product you cannot find in our online store. Please contact us for any special products you would like to see in our store in the future.

Here at AGRO COMMODITIES.COM.NG, we are committed to bringing the very best products and also valuable customer service.
We make sure we source for the very best product from different farmers across the country to meet your retail, institutional and industrial customers` needs.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products or if there is a problem with your order, simply contact us within 2 days of your delivery and we will replace your purchase or refund your money.

How can I order from agrocommodities.com.ng?
To shop at agrocommodities.com.ng, simply log on to our website and click on the product of your choice. Then proceed to make payment through your credit card. Once you have finished shopping simply click the checkout button and view your transport charges prior to entering your credit card information. You can also place order by calling our number at 08034235013.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, and Valve cards. If, for any reason, agrocommodities.com.ng cannot process your credit card we will notify you by email within 24 hours.
You may also pay directly by depositing money through the bank and notify us by sending us your transaction details. However, your order will not be shipped until payment has been received and confirmed.
Please kindly print your order information or write out all of the order information (Name, Shipping Info, Products with Quantities, Shipping Option and Shipping Cost, and Order Totals) and send it in the mail to us
What about sales tax?
Food items are not taxable under Nigerian law. Residents of Lagos and environs will not be charged any sales tax.

Will you sell or give my personal information to any third party?
No, we will not under any circumstances sell or give your credit card details to third party. We take your privacy seriously.
Is my credit card secure?
At agrocommodities.com.ng, we are security conscious. We make sure your credit card details, billing and shipping information are secure. We use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent your information from being intercepted. We also encrypt your credit card information when we store your order.
ABOUT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return an item or make an exchange?
At agrocommodities.com.ng your satisfaction in our products is always guaranteed. It is easy to return an item for an exchange or credit. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products or if there is a problem with your order, simply contact us within 2 days of your delivery and we will replace your purchase or refund your money.
If the return is for an exchange, we'll need to charge you for the transportation of your new order.
Assist us by indicating the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.
ABOUT SHIPPING
What delivery method do you use?
agrocommodities.com.ng deliver your products directly through our Van and other methods convenient to our company. Deliveries are made on normal business days (Monday-Saturday).
How much does delivery cost?
All delivery costs are calculated based on the order of product weight, delivery destination and depending on the customer preference timing.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We normally deliver orders on or before the following business day (Mon-Sat) the order is placed.
Note: While orders are normally delivery after purchase is confirmed, we cannot guarantee they will always do so.
How can I track my product?
Once we have delivered your order you will receive an email with your order tracking number.
